The Glenwood Hot Springs Lodge offers rooms ranging from 288 to 799 square feet. Options include Classic Double Queen rooms with two queen beds and a patio or balcony, and Classic King rooms with one king bed and a pull-out couch. Deluxe Double Queen rooms feature two queen beds, an overstuffed lounge chair, and a deluxe bathroom with two vanities. Premium Deluxe Double Queen rooms provide two queen beds, a pull-out couch, a coffee table, and a deluxe bathroom with two vanities. Suites include the Cascade Suite with a king bed, a queen pull-out couch, and a balcony. The Red Mountain Suite has a king bed, a separate living room, and a wet bar. Family options include the Sopris Suite with two bedrooms (one king, one with two queens), and Classic Family Rooms with four queen beds.

All lodge guests have access to a full hot breakfast served at the poolside Grill. The Grill and Snack Bar by the pool serve items ranging from frozen treats to quarter-pound cheeseburgers and fries.

Guests have unlimited access to the Glenwood Hot Springs pools from 9 am to 9 pm. Amtrak's California Zephyr provides service through the Rocky Mountains to Glenwood Springs. The resort is walking distance to downtown Glenwood Springs. The Sopris Splash Zone includes wheelchair and stroller access. There are two bike paths with over 50 miles to travel.
